Signs Your Intruder Alarm Maintenance Isn’t Cutting It

Consider these common issues:

• Inability to Set the Alarm: Your staff struggles to activate the alarm when locking up at night.
• Frequent False Alarms: Your staff or keyholders are often called back to the premises due to false alarms, especially at night or on weekends.
• Neighbour Complaints: Residential neighbours complain about your alarm going off unexpectedly.
• Unresponsive Maintenance Provider: Calls to your current provider go unanswered, perpetuating a frustrating cycle of false alarms and overtime costs.

Common Problems with Current Providers

1. No Maintenance Plan: Some security companies don’t offer a maintenance plan at all.
2. Poor Maintenance Execution: Even if a plan exists, it may be poorly executed. Faulty sensors often cause system errors and false alarms, typically due to inadequate servicing, old, or damaged components.

Avoid these pitfalls by choosing a reliable provider!
